Is there a way to get detailed error logs on heroku?

0

I have deployed a dotnet core app on Heroku. When I try to open the app I get the error below:

2018-12-31T16:06:28.610854+00:00 heroku[router]: at=error code=H10 desc="App crashed" method=GET path="/" host=dromi.herokuapp.com request_id=5f90f8e7-1d6d-4665-b5b7-dbaa53a01c8f fwd="41.210.29.196" dyno= connect= service= status=503 bytes= protocol=https

How can I know why the app is crashing? I need help. I have been looking for answers for weeks now. If you can connect me to a dotnet-heroku expert I will be grateful. Thank you
