Cluster Analysis for References Co-Citation Network with Bibliometrix Package in R

0

I'm using Bibliometrix package in R for creating a References Co-Citation Network.

When I increase the number of nodes (in the code: n) from 15 to 20 or more, only 2 clusters show up which are distant from each other and quite dense as you can find them in the picture. I don't know what I am doing wrong or why suddenly the whole network is divided into two clusters only. Do you have any suggestion to fix this?

This is my code:

NetMatrix <- biblioNetwork(M, analysis="co-citation", network="references",sep=";")
net <- networkPlot(NetMatrix, n = 20, Title = "References Co-Citation Network",
type = "auto", size.cex = TRUE, size = 20, remove.multiple = FALSE,
labelsize = 0.7, edgesize = 10, edges.min = 5)
