Transaction is not storing in database -paybox
.everyoneloves__top-leaderboard:empty,.everyoneloves__mid-leaderboard:empty,.everyoneloves__bot-mid-leaderboard:empty{ height:90px;width:728px;box-sizing:border-box;
}
Magento version : 2.2.3
php : v7.0.33
server : nginx
after creating order i get payment information in order additional information field but that data is not stored in database table "
sales_payment_transaction
"
and in this case order is not able to refund it means credit memo will remain disable and status will be in pending. which should be in pending payment.
but the order which is paid remains pending. if by forcing to change the status to validated or processing the credit memo remains disable.
