I am calling a Python script from Java by mentioning the Python script name in the ProcessBuilder method within Java code.
Code snippet for java code is given below :
String commandToProcessDocument = { "/usr/bin/python", "uploadDataMySql.py"};
ProcessBuilder pb = new ProcessBuilder(commandToProcessDocument);
pb.directory(new File("/opt/python_scripts/uploadDataMySql"));
Process p = pb.start();
Code snippet for python script is given below :
import pandas as pd
print("Welcome To Python")
df = pd.read_csv("/opt/tomcat8/webapps/aaa/dashboards/test1.csv")
print("came after reading")
I had installed pandas in my linux machine, When I execute this python script in terminal of linux, I am able to see all the print statement But when I try to execute the same python script from Java code, it failed.
When i comment this line from python script, then python script is executed successfully from java code :
#import pandas as pd
print("Welcome To Python")
#df = pd.read_csv("/opt/tomcat8/webapps/aaa/dashboards/test1.csv")
print("came after reading")
Please help me here
