Visual Studio Performance Profiler - why 2 tools for CPU sampling

When I start Performance Profiler in Visual Studio Community 2017 ([Analyze]->[Performance Profiler...]), I get the Available Tools shown in first picture below. One of the options is CPU Usage, which seems to be a sample based CPU profiler. Another option is Performance Wizard, which also have an option of CPU sampling (see second image below). These two CPU sampling tools seems to be different tools (not two ways of initiating the same tool), e.g. they report results in different ways.
So, my questions are
- Why are there 2 different tools for sample based CPU profiling in Visual Studio?
- Is one recommended over the other, or are there specific use cases for each?
