I have a question about distance between two networks.
In my problem, nodes has it's own value like X1=50, X2= 100, etc...
And some nodes are connected. And these two networks has same structure.(same number of nodes, edges, edges position..). The difference is only that nodes have different value in each network.
In this case, is there way to calculate distance or similarity between two networks? If there are associated paper, please tell me.
I draw the sample image at below link.
