How to open list where parent_id 1

Trying to open and collapse the accordion on single click. I am able to able but it is getting close when I select the other accordion.



It should opn or close the same accordion.



this is what I have tried.



I have a categories table with below picture.

I want to when click on parent_id => 0 open collapse sub category with parent_id => 1.
