I am trying to build an e-commerce search engine. The user can ask queries in any form.

Examples:

1. Women shoes which are red and of size 10

2. Black Leather shoes for men (If black shoes are not available it should suggest other leather shoes)

3. Smartphones having nice camera under 10000

How can I process this query and fetch relevant results.
Assume that i have api calls so that i can fetch the results but i have to somehow extract the relevant filters out of the query for example color, price ranges sizes required etc.
