Angular inject header before downloading to browser

We have an angular application deployed in IIS and this is loaded in an iOS shell. Now, if iOS shell want to pass some header when it hits the Angular application hosted on IIS before it loads in iOS Shell.
The question is whether this is possible because angular only bootstraps after it is downloaded in the browser.
