How to merge different android projects

I want to merge 2 different android project as one project.



I'm working on a diary app with my friend and we both coded separately. We worked on two different functions for the app, one for the diary aspect of the app and one for the voice recording aspect. Now we both want to merge the two projects as one, we made a button on the diary app that will call the voice recorder supposedly but we're having a hard time figuring out how.



We already changed the diary project into a library is that right or not??
