Got error totally w h a c k error line in Scrapy

I got a weird error in Scrapy. The error line is not informative at all. Even StackOverflow title checker didn't approve it since the line is so subjective. It says:
2018-12-27 13:30:20 [root] ERROR: Error -1: error totally whack
Well, what is that Scrapy error? And how to deal with that?
