Modifying dll file from external mp3 recorder
I recently bought an mp3 recorder shaped like a pen that lets me record audio and saves it in a 8GB memory in .mp3 format and that has few LEDs blinking in different ways at start of recording, saving files, playing and charging.
Anyway, connecting the pen to my laptop I found a .dll file that I think controls the LEDs behaviors and file saving system. As the pen sometimes behaves in strange way (not specified in user manual) I would like to read what's inside that "Hardware.dll" file, and modifying it's functions but idk how.
Opening the file in a normal text editor gives me a binary file that I don't know how to deal with, I would like to see something like functions with names and variables I can modify easily.
dll binary mp3 external

Is an url to the Amazon page from where I bought it considered spam? Can it help somehow answering the main question? I can't find any source code for that device
