Strange text file opens up [closed]

Every time when I restart my mac this text file automatically opens up



Name of the txt file: "ru.strings"
Content: "bplist00—^Vertical Drifto5@B8:0;L=>5 ?5@5<5I5=85M"



What does this mean? Can anybody help me?
