how to Start a parameterized build using slack in jenkins

0

I'm trying to start a parameterized build using slack. I have a jenkins job to deploy war files automatically for every build. War file name should be changed every time before the build manually. I would like to do that part in an automated way using slack.

enter image description here

I'm trying to copy the file from a folder and moving to webapps to deploy the application in app server. I have a list of war files. Is there any way to send the war file through slack.

I'm new to slack so not sure how to do that. I know build can be triggered using slack but how to send parameters is what i'm trying to find. Any advise on that would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
