Mockito verify that variable is not null
.everyoneloves__top-leaderboard:empty,.everyoneloves__mid-leaderboard:empty,.everyoneloves__bot-mid-leaderboard:empty{ height:90px;width:728px;box-sizing:border-box;
}
In my class FooController
I have a public variable that is set to null
var foo: Foo? = null
and a public void method to init the variable
fun initFoo() {
foo = Foo()
}
In my test I mock the class FooController
and called the method initFoo
mockFooController.initFoo()
Now I want to verify that the variable foo
is not null. How can I do this with Mockito?

If you are mocking FooController, then initFoo() will never actually get called. Why exactly do you need to use a mock in this instance? it sounds like you can just instantiate FooController and use assertNull("this should be null", fooController.getFoo());
