Is there a way to simply test if my DialogFlow service account credentials are valid?

I have to save in database my service accounts credentials but I would like to prevent from saving if the credentials are not valid.
Is there a request I can send to Dialogflow to verify these credentials ?
For now I am sending a request to detect an intent and I check if I receive a code 7 or 14 that correspond to errors in the credentials but I don't know if there is a better way to do this.
