Executing a set of code only once in a month in PHP
.everyoneloves__top-leaderboard:empty,.everyoneloves__mid-leaderboard:empty,.everyoneloves__bot-mid-leaderboard:empty{ height:90px;width:728px;box-sizing:border-box;
}
As I'am storing some data in my project for a daily basis. Once that month is completed those data from the database will be reset by truncating entire table. But the thing is that it should be done once the server time reaches (01-01-2019 00:00:00).

What about a crontab that calls your PHP script the first day of the month ?

I think that It has been used over a unix based operating system but I need it to work in localhost(windows) just to show a demo over it. Is it possible to work on crontab over the localhost.

"crontab over the localhost" - That doesn't make much sense.localhostis simply a local hostname for the machine. Crontab is a task scheduling tool on nix-systems. If you want to do the same on Windows, you can use Windows Task Scheduler.
