In Visual Studio 2017, can I commit the Debug “Start Options” to a git repo?

I recently discovered that when I clone my repo and do a fresh build in Visual Studio 2017, the command line parameters aren't restored, and I have right-click the project and go to Properties > Debug > Start Options to type them in again. I want these settings to travel with the project itself, so that they'll appear for other developers immediately when they clone the repo. How can I make this happen?

In the meanwhile, I'm going to see about adding a workaround to use default arguments if none are provided.
