add horizontal median reference line to scatter plot based on field

My data has x and y values which I depict as scatter plot.

I would like to add 2 horizontal reference lines based on the median y values and another column, which indicates the category of each y value/point (there are only 2 categories).

Could someone please be so kind and point me in the right direction? Thanks!

  • The median y value is easy, check out the analytics tab. But what do you want to happen for the category field? Is the category a number or a string?
