How to copy sub setted values from ne file to other file
How to copy filtered values from dataframe and paste to other filtered dataframe in python. I have 222,980*50 csv file(2 file). 50th column has half-values(based on filtering one particular column) in one file and other half-values(based on filtering one particular column) in other file and I want to copy from one file and paste to other file. it contains both categorical and continuous values variables.
I used inner merge function on 49 variables(error: i got less rows) and when I used left merge function on 49 variables(I got double amount of rows). Please help me
pd.merge(datamerg1, datamerg2, how='inner', on=[
'measurename', 'periodtype', 'period', 'organizationgroupid',
'organizationname', 'dimname', 'financialclass', 'payor', 'facility',
'servicearea', 'providername', 'procedurecode', 'totalcharges',
'totalcollections', 'totaladjustments', 'totalwriteoff', 'totaldenied',
'chargecptvolume', 'chargecptunits', 'paymentcptvolume',
'paymentcptunits', 'adjustmentcptvolume', 'adjustmentcptunits',
