how to discard ffmpeg AVPacket
How to discard the certain AVPacket in the muxer (e.g. mpegts)?
I am trying to set the AVPacket flag to AV_PKT_FLAG_DISPOSABLE/DISCARD but still the muxer gets the packet (I understand that the next iteration of decode should not decode these flags but packet is decoded).
static int mpegts_write_packet_internal(AVFormatContext *s, AVPacket *pkt)
{
...
pkt->flags |= AV_PKT_FLAG_DISPOSABLE;
pkt->flags |= AV_PKT_FLAG_DISCARD;
...
}
Also, how can we introduce a new AVPacket while muxing?
