How to display only plot when using Rmarkdown
I'm a bit confused with markdown. I want to display the plot, not the code used to produce the plot.
For all the code before plot()
, I did:
```
{r eval=FALSE}
x = # some vector
y = #some vector
```
and for the plot in separate chunk
```
{r echo=FALSE}
plot(x,y)
```
But if I do this I get the error that x cannot be found for the second chunk.
To solve this, I did r echo=FALSE
for both chunks, and then the the plot would show up but the code shows up as well which is something I don't want.
In short, how do I hid the code for plot and only display the plot in r markdown?
