Modal Window is blank when using angular routing
My goal is to when I click on a row inside a table on page1.html, it opens page2.html as a modal window with the relevant information extracted from the clicked row.
Page1.html relevant code:
<body ng-controller="DecisionViewController">
.............
<tr ng-repeat="req in $data" class="text-left" style="" >
<td style="font-size: 85%; width:20%" data-title="'Decision ID'"
sortable="'decisionType'"> <a href ui-sref="dcninfo.content({type:req.decisionType, name:req.decisionName})" data-toggle="modal" data-target="#info">{{req.decisionType}}</a></td>
<td style="font-size: 85%; width:20%" title="'Decision Name'"
sortable="'decisionName'"> <a href ui-sref="dcninfo.content({type:req.decisionType, name:req.decisionName})" data-toggle="modal" data-target="#info">{{req.decisionName}}</a></td>
</tr>
<div class = "modal right fade" id="info" tabIndex = "-1" role = "dialog" aria-labelledby="infoViewModal">
<div class = "modal-dialog" role = "document">
<div class = "modal-content">
</div>
</div>
</div>
Page2.html:
<div class = "modal-header">
<button type="button" class="close" data-dismiss="modal">X</button>
<h1>PLACEHOLDER</h1>
</div>
<div class="modal-body">
<div class="col-sm-9 col-lg-10 pl15" ng-controller="DecisionInfoContentController">
<!-- your page content -->
<h3>{{dcnmtdt.name}}</h3>
<div>
<div class="table">
<div class="row">
<div class="col-md-4">Type</div>
<div class="col-md-4">{{dcnmtdt.type}}</div>
</div>
Angular routing code:
.state('dcninfo.content', {
url: '/content/:type/:name',
templateUrl: 'partials/v3/dcninfo_content.html',
controller: 'DecisionInfoContentController'
})
Now instead of using ui-sref, if I simply use this:
<td style="font-size: 85%; width:20%" data-title="'Decision ID'"
sortable="'decisionType'"> <a href="partials/v3/dcninfo_content.html" data-toggle="modal" data-target="#info">{{req.decisionType}}</a></td>
The modal window pops up but obviously the variables aren't binded, so it just displays the raw html content of page2.html

looking at the code it looks like you are trying to call bootstrap modal, and bootstrap modal is not something you could use with Angular directly. Have you look into github.com/valor-software/ngx-bootstrap?

looking at the code it looks like you are trying to call bootstrap modal, and bootstrap modal is not something you could use with Angular directly. Have you look into github.com/valor-software/ngx-bootstrap?
