Can't install Surprise python package in Windows 7
When I try to install the Surprise python package it says "Microsoft Visual C++ 14.0 is required". The problem is that I don't have admin rights on my machine and can't install Visual Studio or Build Tools. But there's this "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable" already installed on the machine. Is there any workaround?
Tried to install Build tools and Visual studio but can't because of no admin rights.
