Trying to understand how to work with files in assembly language(notepad++ editor)

I started learning assembly and now im trying to some stuff that i really cant handle. I have a number 'nr' in hex and i want to write his digits to a file 'test.txt' ,separated by a 'separator'. OllyDebuger didnt help me very much.It write some strange characters in that file.Please help me with some advice to refresh this code
