Complete a form in R and download Excel

I know that some of you have done similar questions but I am not able to solve my particular issue and I really need help with my code.



What I need to do is enter some data into this form:
https://sedeaplicaciones.minetur.gob.es/shpCarburantes



For try to make it work we just need to put 3 values in the form.
For example: Fecha Inicial = 01/12/2018, Fecha Final 31/12/2018 and Comunidad autónoma = "Comunidad Valenciana".



Then what I need is "click" the "Aceptar" button. and then in the next page, "click" in this button to download and Excel file.
