Plugin for Eclipse CPP

-1

I developed a plugin on Eclipse Mars and it works on Eclipse CPP Mars,
but it doesn't work on more advanced Eclipse versions.

I'm getting the following error:

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
Software being installed: Debug_Environment 3.1.8.201812301024 (Debug_Environment.feature.group 3.1.8.201812301024) Missing requirement: com.intel.cse.ide 3.1.8.201812301024 (com.intel.cse.ide 3.1.8.201812301024) requires 'java.package; org.eclipse.cdt.debug.core.cdi.model 0.0.0' but it could not be found
Cannot satisfy dependency:
From: Debug_Environment 3.1.8.201812301024 (Debug_Environment.feature.group 3.1.8.201812301024)
To: org.eclipse.equinox.p2.iu; com.intel.cse.ide [3.1.8.201812301024,3.1.8.201812301024]

What is the problem, and how can I solve it?

  • It looks like in your plug-in com.intel.cse.ide you have in META-INF/MANIFEST.MF a ; instead of , before org.eclipse.cdt.debug.core.cdi.model.
