Android GPS Accuracy Changes Event Trigger

I am trying to get the event when user GPS accuracy is change from other mode (for example phone only) to high accuracy so I can call a function for it, here is my code for changing the GPS accuracy
public void location_request()
{
final LocationRequest locationRequest = LocationRequest.create();
locationRequest.setPriority(LocationRequest.PRIORITY_HIGH_ACCURACY);
locationRequest.setInterval(30 * 1000);
locationRequest.setFastestInterval(5 * 1000);
LocationSettingsRequest.Builder builder = new LocationSettingsRequest.Builder()
.addLocationRequest(locationRequest);
builder.setAlwaysShow(true);
GoogleApiClient mGoogleApiClient = new GoogleApiClient.Builder(MainActivity.this)
.addApi(LocationServices.API)
.addConnectionCallbacks(this)
.addOnConnectionFailedListener(this).build();
