Looking to stamp a PDF with an image given a user chosen location?

I am currently working on an application where I would like the user to be able to stamp a resume with a QR code. I have written python code able to generate the needed QR code and stamp it on to a pdf.

However, I am not sure how to implement it on my webapp. My current stack is Mongo, Express, React and Node.

I would like the ability to display the pdf, the user to be able to drag the QR code around the pdf, and then download it in their desired location.

My current thought process is to load the PDF as image in a and have a draggable QR code around the div but I wasn't sure if this was the best approach / if it would really work.

I would love to hear anyone else's idea on how to tackle this problem. Thank you in advance for all the help, I look forward to everyone's recommendations.
