OptimisticLockException when trying to delete a versioned entity without audit records

0

I'm using eclipse HistoryPolicy for history generation. When I try to remove an entity which does not have records in the audit table (entity inserted by simple sql query) I see sql query in log:

UPDATE FOO_AUDIT SET AUDIT_END = ?, DEL_USER_NAME = ? WHERE ((AUDIT_END IS NULL) AND (FOO_ID = ?))

But FOO_AUDIT dose not contains records for FOO entity with this ID so I got:

org.eclipse.persistence.exceptions.OptimisticLockException
Exception Description: One or more objects cannot be updated because it has changed or been deleted since it was last read.

It works fine with weblogic 10.3.5 and eclipselink-2.4.1.
Can someone help with some feedback on this?

eclipselink version - 2.7.3,
WildFly version 12.0.0;

After some debugging I found that it caused by batch fix in ParameterizedSQLBatchWritingMechanism.class

  try {
int rowCount = (Integer)this.databaseAccessor.basicExecuteCall(this.previousCall, null, session, false);
if (this.previousCall.hasOptimisticLock()) {
if (rowCount != 1) {
throw OptimisticLockException.batchStatementExecutionFailure();
}
}
} finally {
clear();
}

Update statement updates 0 rows and previousCall has optimistic lock from the class descriptor of FOO.
