Errors with make in the Eclipse C/C++ IDE not in the log

0

I have a project with a makefile. Compiling it with

make -f myMakeFile

works. I configured Eclipse to build it with the same command. It builds for quite a while, but then terminates with

08:38:18 Build Failed. 10 errors, 1 warnings. (took 2m:48s.438ms)

When searching the log of the build process, there isn't a single error message. Does anyone have suggestions how to find these errors?

  • I looked at the log again. The build looks successful, just that there is the error message at the very end. The last few lines of the log are: ---------------------------------------------------------------- BUILD DONE! ---------------------------------------------------------------- make[1]: Leaving directory '/home/[...]/src/make' *** Finished [program] build for linux64 10:54:03 Build Failed. 10 errors, 1 warnings. (took 3m:27s.825ms)
