How to fix Ionic http not Posting data to PHP server
I'm pretty new to Ionic and Angular, I want my mobile app to be able to register users, which means they submit their request which is in turn posted to the web server. But nothing is being posted, I'm using the Ionic HttpClient
.
It kept sending null
value to the php request file and I kept getting each time I use
print_r($_POST)
; which apparently means the file isn't getting any POST data
jarvis-service.ts
import { HttpHeaders, HttpClient } from '@angular/common/http';
import { Injectable } from '@angular/core';
import 'rxjs/Rx';
@Injectable()
export class JarvisService {
private baseUrl = 'https://donnelalisongroup.com.ng/padi/app_api.php?
application=phone&type=';
constructor(private http: HttpClient) { }
register(data) {
return this.http.post(`${this.baseUrl}user_registration`, data);
}
login(data) {
return this.http.post(`${this.baseUrl}user_login`, data);
}
}
login-layout.ts
import { Component, Input } from '@angular/core';
import { IonicPage } from 'ionic-angular';
import { JarvisService } from '../../../services/jarvis-service';
@IonicPage()
@Component({
selector: 'login-layout-1',
templateUrl: 'login.html'
})
export class LoginLayout1 {
constructor(private Jarvis: JarvisService){}
this.formDataRegister = {
'username': this.usernameRegister,
'password': this.passwordRegister,
'email': this.emailRegister,
'gender': this.genderRegister
};
this.Jarvis.register(this.formDataRegister).subscribe(
data => this.displayData(data),
error => this.handleError(error)
);
}
Sorry I can't post all the whole code here so my question does not appear redundant
