Can not connect to oracle times ten database

0

I use Times Ten Data Manager 11.2.2 as a Driver for Times Ten database in 64 bit operating system as a platform.

And created Times Ten database in my local machine, I can connect to this database via Oracle SQL Developer with TimesTen Connections but i can not connected to this database via Odp.Net.

I use times ten direct connection approach in Odp.Net.

My source:

public void RunCommand()
{
try
{
OracleConnection connection = new OracleConnection(@"User Id=MyUser;Password=MyPassword;Data Source=localhost/MydsnName:timesten_direct");
connection.Open();
}
catch (Exception ex)
{
string message = ex.Message;
}
}

MydsnName is Data Source Name that created in odbc data source administrator. and i use Oracle.ManagedDataAccess.Client namespace.(this package)

I get this exception in connection.Open();:

InnerException = {"ORA-12541: TNS: No listener"}
