Blank Emails - Magento 1.7.0.2

I have searched all over the internet for this question, some people have asked it but get the same replies about creating a new template. This hasn't worked for me.



Basically, the site was hacked a few weeks back, The old developer never kept up with any updates meaning the site was vulnerable. I am currently creating a new website in Magento 2 but within our current Magento site all transactional emails have blank bodies. The subject is right, order number etc etc but no body data.



Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! :)
