RestGet : Path is not a valid HTTP path
I have a simple GET WebAPI at: "http://devweb.mycompany.com/mywebsite/dev/api/v1/Resource" . No authentication, authorization, it's a simple GET call that would simply return the resource.
I would like to do a GET call to that endpoint using Zend_Rest_Client, but I'm getting the exception "the path is not a valid HTTP path".
What I did:
public function browseAction()
{
try
{
$baseUrl = "http://devweb.mycompany.com/mywebsite/dev/api/";
$endPoint = "v1/Resource/";
$client = new Zend_Rest_Client($baseUrl);
$response = $client->restGet($endPoint);
}
catch (Zend_Rest_Client_Exception $e)
{
print_r("Error: " . $e->getMessage());
}
catch (Exception $e)
{
print_r("General exception: " . $e->getMessage());
}
}
And the error: "Path "v1/Resource/" is not a valid HTTP path". (I assume the full URL has been cut off, and the client isn't calling directly to the endpoint without the base URL...)
What am I doing wrong here?

Watch out with the fake links you use, they were pointing to a pornography site. I've censored it.
