GFXexport Error: The system cannot find the path specified. in Windows server 2016

0

I used Gfxexport.exe in Windows server 2016, I tried to make a gnf file but failed with this error:

The system cannot find the path specified.

But it runs until the last minute without stopping in the middle. The gfx file was created, but the gnf file was not

It happens when I add PS4 as an optional value in gfxexport.exe
But it works well when I run it on Windows 10.
I tried to find a many days to solve this problem but failed.

I shall be grateful for any answer.
