Set up Google API for places autocomplete only with a limit?

Hi folks please I really need your help with setting up Google API. My script apart from heaving address autocomplete input shows a map based on the address users provided during sign up.



I need an API only for places address autocomplete input not for MAP!



I need to know what is the monthly free quota and how to limit API calls so that they will never go above that quota and cost me a fortune?



On API creation what should I select to only allow places autocomplete request pass and not show MAP?
