Wordpress remains in Maintenance Mode without .maintenance file
I have built several WP sites. It is the first time I got this issue that the site remain Maintenance Mode without .maintenance file as mentioned in most cases.
I have tried many methods found online and youtube without luck. I can access admin panel, do everything, except front end keep displaying Maintenance Mode.
Anyone had encountered such and how to resolve? Thanks
