pg_lsclusters still lists cluster that is already removed?

I've already removed a cluster several times, but it is still showing up in the pg_lsclusters list. What might be wrong?

Here are what I have done to remove this cluster and check if it is indeed removed:

  • stop the cluster use pg_ctlcluster 10 3dcitydb stop (this succeeded)

  • use pg_dropcluster 10 3dcitydb

  • use sudo systemctl daemon-reload

  • delete the data directory (which is /postgres and I checked it is indeed deleted.)

But it seems whatever I try it is still there. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!
