Google Chrome 71 WebRTC delay jumps
.everyoneloves__top-leaderboard:empty,.everyoneloves__mid-leaderboard:empty,.everyoneloves__bot-mid-leaderboard:empty{ height:90px;width:728px;box-sizing:border-box;

I experience too high delays in webrtc in chrome (up to a second) in comparison to Firefox where the same stream runs at <100ms delay (CBR H264). Please see webrtc-internals attached below.
Any ideas what may cause chrome to lag behind? (Also note that delay changes according to some pattern from 200ms to 1sec, in Firefox delay is small and stable). Thanks in advance!
