difference between dynamic programming and static dynamic programming
I was going through the approaches for a particular dp problem and he gave 2 solutions one is a dynamic programming solution and the other is a static dynamic programming solution. I know what dynamic programming is, but what is static dynamic programming? Can anyone kindly elaborate?

I guess from that referred link the difference majorly was the time. for dynamic programming the time was greater
