UIRefreshControl EXC_BAD_ACCESS bug
I am getting EXC_BAD_ACCESS crash when trying to implement
Conditions:
- Use
prefersLargeTitles
onUINavigationController
- create
UIRefreshControl
programatically - add
UIRefreshControl
toUITableView
and callbeginRefreshing
If I do not use prefersLargeTitles
- app doesn't crash.
Sample code:
@IBOutlet var tTableView: UITableView!
var tRefreshControl: UIRefreshControl!
override func viewDidLoad() {
super.viewDidLoad()
tRefreshControl = UIRefreshControl()
}
override func viewDidAppear(_ animated: Bool) {
super.viewDidAppear(animated)
tTableView.refreshControl = tRefreshControl
tRefreshControl.beginRefreshing()
}
Test application: drop box
What might be the problem? Is this a system error?

lazy var refreshControl: UIRefreshControl = {
let refreshControl = UIRefreshControl()
refreshControl.addTarget(self, action:
#selector(self.handleRefresh(_:)),
for: UIControlEvents.valueChanged)
refreshControl.tintColor = UIColor.white
return refreshControl
}()
override func viewDidLoad() {
super.viewDidLoad()
self.tableView.addSubview(self.refreshControl)
}
@objc func handleRefresh(_ refreshControl: UIRefreshControl) {
self.reloadTable()
refreshControl.endRefreshing()
}
I am asking, what is the problem with my code, not about the workaround.
