Download data from HaploReg db, by using HaploR package

0

This is a function from HaploR package:

queryHaploreg(query = NULL, file = NULL, study = NULL, ldThresh = 0.8,
ldPop = "EUR", epi = "vanilla", cons = "siphy", genetypes = "gencode",
url = Haploreg.settings[["base.url"]], timeout = 100,
encoding = "UTF-8", querySNP = FALSE, fields = NULL, verbose = FALSE)

In HaploReg I can download the data by two methods: by SNPs IDs and by region (chrN: start-end). I can not find in documentation any information about download by using the "region criteria". Maybe anybody knows how to do it? Or, if it is not possible just tell me about it?
