Flutter cannot able to run the project

when i try to run a project i am getting gradle error.Please help me to sort out this issue

Is this an older project with an recently updated Flutter version or is this a new project? If it's an older project try github.com/flutter/flutter/wiki/…

Perhaps something went wrong when you create the project. Try deletingandroid/and runflutter create .If you made manual changes in this directory you need to re-apply them.
