While uploading pdf file need to scan for malware in C#.NET
I am working on C# MVC.Net application where i have provided functionality which allow user to upload pdf files.But i am not able to scan uploaded pdf file for any malware.

You'll need to call an external application for that, obviously; there's no such thing as a "malware scanner" .Net component.
