Styling a selected dropdown option in React Native

0

I have an autocomplete dropdown in react native (star wars movies). It is visible here:
https://snack.expo.io/@sj458147/autocomplete
I needed some help with a few things.

  1. When selecting an option from the dropdown I would like the input box to show the selected title similar to the image below, ie. should be able to click the cross to clear, also similar in styling (obviously text would be title of movie selected)

enter image description here

  1. Once a movie has been selected the user will be unable to write anything in the input box unless the cross is cleared. (only one movie can be selected).

Any help achieving this would be appreciated.
