High Garbage Collection troubleshooting?
I have an error in my LeanSentry dashboard that says
The process was spending 512% of its CPU time in garbage collection. This can cause a significant reduction in performance due to threads being blocked by GC, and increase overall server CPU usage. Consider performing memory diagnostics and optimize memory usage to reduce GC overhead
I am unfamiliar about what tools to use to diagnose this issue. Obviously that is an absurd amount of CPU usage. We have about 10 applications on one server (all the same app) that each run on their own application pool.
What tool do I need to figure this out in my application?
.net asp.net-mvc iis
