AWS Toolkit for VIsual Studio “Invalid file Index was out of range”

0

I'm trying to set up AWS Toolkit for VIsual Studio 2017. After following credential setup steps user was created and a csv file was generated by AWS. When I try to import the csv file an error is being displayed:

Invalid File Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less
than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index

enter image description here

What could cause this issue? In the csv there is no parameter named "index", only these parameters:

User name, Password, Access key ID, Secret access key, Console login link.

I entered credentials manually and that seems to work, but csv import still is showing the same error.
